Refund policy

Returns and refunds

We want your Happy Horn to work as it should. For help, email 6916sam21@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if useful.

Your New Zealand consumer rights

Our products come with protections under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, we will provide the remedy required by law. For a minor fault that can be fixed, this may be a repair, replacement or refund within a reasonable time. For a substantial failure, or a failure we do not remedy within a reasonable time, you may have the right to reject the product and choose a refund or replacement, or keep it and claim compensation.

Returning a product

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct New Zealand return address and safe shipping instructions. Original packaging is not required for a faulty-product claim. We cover reasonable return-delivery costs where the product fails a consumer guarantee, and arrange collection where the law requires it.

Do not post a damaged or swollen battery. Contact us first so we can arrange a safe next step.

Change of mind

We do not currently offer change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. A supplier warranty expiry does not remove rights you have under New Zealand consumer law.
